Rod and Sherry were appointed by Assemblies of God World Missions as career missionaries to Panama in 1993 after 16 years of pastoral ministry and Christian education involvement in the Northwest District (Washington and northern Idaho). Rod (Sept. 8) and Sherry (April 9) were married on June 5, 1976.

Rod and Sherry serve in two principle ministry areas to raise up Christian leaders in Panama and throughout Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.

They have served as Coordinators for Latin America ChildCare in Panama since 1995 where they assist the 33 Assemblies of God Christian schools in the country, ministering to more than 6,000 children and youth. They also serve as LACC Regional Coordinators for the 300 schools and 50,000 children and youth in the seven Central American countries.

Rod and Sherry direct the Resource and Advisory Center that serves the 900 Bible schools and extensions in the 19 Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Rod serves as advisor to the National Bible School Committee in Panama. He also serves as Advisor to Latin America’s Bible Schools and Coordinator for Latin America Christian Education Services, the international Assemblies of God education ministry to Spanish-speaking Latin America.

Most recently, God has placed on their hearts the vision to open a Regional Service Center in Panama to support educational ministries throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America and the Caribbean through consulting and coordination, leadership and resource development, and administrative support. Rod and Sherry have two grown daughters and one granddaughter and one grandson.  Another granddaughter is on the way!

Stephanie (Apr. 18) and Andrew McNamar were married in August 2001 and live in Connecticut. Stephanie teaches 3rd grade and Andrew teaches high school English. 

Stephanie and Andrew have two children.  Tate Rose was born April 17, 2006.  Calvin Boyd was born October 5, 2009.

Jennifer (Aug. 9) and Geoff McKeown were married in August 2006 and are living in Edmonds, WA. Jennifer works for the State of Washington Dept. of Ecology as a Restoration Coordinator. Geoff teachers English as a second language at Edmonds Community College.  They are expecting their first child in February 2010.
