God has been good to the Boyd family. Rod (Sept. 8) and Sherry (April 9) were married on June 5, 1976. Nine months later they began full-time ministry. After serving 16 years in pastoral ministry in six different churches, they were appointed as missionaries to Panama by the Assemblies of God in February 1993.

Their ministry focus is raising up Christian leaders. They serve with the Christian schools of Panama, especially through Latin America ChildCare, and as LACC Coordinators for Central America.  In addition Rod and Sherry work with Bible schools in Panama and Latin America through the Resource and Advisory Center, headquartered in Panama.

Stephanie (Apr. 18) and Andrew McNamar were married in August 2001 and live in Everett, WA.  Stephanie teaches 3rd grade at a private school in Bothell.  Andrew teaches English at Cascade High School in Everett.  Tate Rose was born April 17.  Both parents (and grandparents) are proud.  See Tate Rose Photo Gallery.

Jennifer (Aug. 9) graduated from Seattle Pacific University in June 2004.  She is working for the State of Washington Dept. of Natural Resources.

Jennifer and Geoff McKeown were married in Brier, WA on August 26, 2006 and are living in Seattle.   See Jennifer and Geoff Wedding Photo Gallery.

Geoff is pursuing a masters degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at Seattle Pacific University.
